Action Comics #1 Pages Including Entire First Superman Story (DC, 1938). Here is the complete 7-page Superman story, pulled from a copy of Action Comics #1 -- the very first appearance of the Man of Steel! This is an extremely rare opportunity to own the most important part of what is widely considered to be the most important comic in the entire hobby. The story and art are by Jerry Siegel and Joe Shuster, of course. These pages could possibly have been pulled from a bound volume, but we see no real signs of the binding process on the spine edges; however, the pages have been stapled together and are a little brittle on the edges, which is why we did not attempt to image the pages other than the first and last. Take a close look, as this might be the best chance you'll have for a while to own a piece of an iconic pop culture item.
