Description
Jim Davis Garfield Sunday Comic Strip Original Art dated 4-2-89 (United Feature Syndicate, 1989). Garfield's frolic through the flower field leads the curious cat straight into trouble in this Sunday strip, which also features Jon and his elderly neighbors, Reba and Hubert, in the story, as well as Arlene and a cameo by Odie in the title panel. Rendered in ink over blue pencil on Bristol board with an image area of 18.75" x 12.5". The piece presents with production tape, unerased grid lines, blue pencil smudging, and light handling wear.
