DescriptionSuperman's Girlfriend Lois Lane #107 (D.C. Comics, 1971). 1/1971 - Rose and the Thorn backup story has Beau Benton trying to kill Thorn for the 100, she saves him from drowning and he falls in love with her. Thorn turns him in to the police to keep him safe from the 100. In the main tale, Professor Bridnell has an invention that should allow people to breathe underwater but when used on Lois Lane, it causes her to turn into a snow sculpture.
