    Description

X-Men #94 (Marvel, 1975) CGC NM- 9.2 Off-white to white pages. The original X-Men series had languished in popularity, finally reduced to a few years of reprints before 1975, when Giant-Size X-Men #1 appeared, followed closely by this issue, the first of the regular continuing series to feature the "new" X-Men. And the title languished no longer, rivaling The Amazing Spider-Man in sales and popularity over the past two decades. Currently ranked third in value among all Bronze Age books, this issue featured a cover by Gil Kane and interior work from the artist who would shepherd the revamped title through its first 14 issues, Dave Cockrum. Overstreet 2004 NM- 9.2 value = $1,025. CGC census 1/05: 100 in 9.2, 90 higher.
