Description
The Avengers #85 (Marvel, 1971) CGC NM+ 9.6 Off-white to white pages. This issue marked the first appearance of the Squadron Supreme, a pastiche of the Justice League of America and the subject of a classic 12-issue limited series by Mark Gruenwald, one of the earliest deconstructions of comic book superheroes.
