Marvel Team-Up #4 Spider-Man and the X-Men -- Signature Series (Marvel, 1972) CGC NM/MT 9.8 White pages. A very tough book to find in high grade thanks to the black cover. And sharp Signature Series examples are even thinner on the ground: just two have been graded above 8.0! The reason the cover blurb stresses "All New" is that the X-Men's own series hadn't had a non-reprint story since March of 1970. Gil Kane cover and art. CGC notes, "Signed by Stan Lee on 12/10/11." Overstreet 2017 NM- 9.2 value = $110.
