The Sunday Paper Group (The Sunday Paper, Inc., 1972) Condition: NM-. During February and March of 1972, several Underground cartoons were collected in a newspaper designed to cater to the "Hippie" market in San Francisco. It featured news stories, movie reviews, record reviews, and of course comics. This complete six-issue run features the talents of Bobby London, Bill Griffith, Larry Todd, Gilbert Shelton, and Jay Lynch, plus many more. Since these are newspapers they are tough to find in any shape. With only some minor "dings" at the corners, this may be the best set in existence. Overstreet does not list Undergrounds at this time.
