    American Splendor #1 (Harvey Pekar, 1976) CGC NM 9.4 Off-white pages. Harvey Pekar's ground-breaking autobiographical comic magazine is more famous now than ever before, thanks to the 2003 film of the same name which was hailed by critics as one of the best movies of the year. This first issue has art by Robert Crumb, Gary Dumm, Greg Budgett, and Brian Bram. Only one copy of this issue has been certified with a higher grade by CGC to date. Not listed in the 2004 Overstreet Price Guide.
