Publisher's full dark reddish-brown cloth, spine lettered in gilt; fore-edge untrimmed, others trimmed; original pictorial dust jacket. Barely a trace of shelf wear at foot of spine and lower corners of boards; very faint scuff or two at rear board. Mild age yellowing to edges and interior of text block. Very mild creasing at flap folds, top end of front flap fold; pair of faintly yellowed strips at verso of joints. Essentially fine. Currey, p. 277. From the Glynn and Suzanne Crain Collection.
