[4], 220 pages. Publisher's light brown paper-covered boards, spine lettered in black; fore-edge untrimmed, others trimmed; original illustrated dust jacket. A bit of very mild wear at spine ends and lower corners; small crease at bottom of backstrip. Top edge just a touch dusty, with one tiny brown speck. Upper corner of half-title leaf slightly rumpled; some untrimmed page edges just a touch rippled. Jacket lightly yellowed; two tiny spots of color loss at rear joint; a bit of very minimal wear at flap folds. Verso faintly rubbed at front panel. Very nearly fine. Dick's semi-autobiographical novel of drug abuse, set in a futuristic 1994 California. With typewritten red Doubleday review slip laid in. Adapted for film in 2006 by Richard Linklater, starring Keanu Reeves, Robert Downey, Jr., Woody Harrelson, and Winona Ryder.
