[8], 151, [1], [16, inserted publisher's catalogue, first state] pages. Publisher's full gray cloth , stamped in purple, Currey variant B. Bottom edge trimmed; others untrimmed. Minimal shelf wear at extremities of binding; purple stamping at spine faded to gray; backstrip a bit sunned; a bit of light soiling and rubbing to boards. Normal mild age toning to edges and interior of text block; page edges a bit rumpled, particularly at fore-edge; top edge a touch dust-soiled. Uneven light toning to endpapers; previous owner signature effaced from half-title; occasional faint thumbsoiling and dimpling scattered at margins throughout; a few leaves slightly rippled. Near fine. Currey, p. 525.
