Burne Hogarth's The Golden Age of Tarzan 1939-1942 Signed Limited Edition Hardback with Slipcase #212/2000 (Chelsea House, 1977). Maurice Horn, editor. One of 2,000 copies signed by Hogarth. Reprints in full-color the Tarzan Sunday comic strips illustrated by Burne Hogarth from 1939-1942. This king-sized volume measures an overall size of 15" x 20" and has 154 pages. Both the book and its bright gold slipcase are in overall Excellent condition. Also included in this copy is signed and numbered (#212/2000) print of a Sunday, that was printed as a bonus for the book, by Russ Cochran. The print was folded in half so as to fit inside the book. This massive tome is commonly sold by antiquarian book dealers at a price range of $300-500.
