Frontispiece and two additional inserted plates by A. J. Donnell; decorated initials. Publisher's full light blue cloth, spine lettered and ruled in gilt; all edges trimmed; original illustrated dust jacket. Spine ends just a touch pushed and discolored; fleck or two of soiling to boards; touch of shelf wear along bottom edges; top edges a bit dusty. Normal age tanning to edges and interior of text block; top edge very slightly dust-soiled. Wear at spine ends; a touch of rubbing to exposed panels; two short tears at bottom edge of rear panel; soft creasing at flap folds. Near fine. Currey, p. 457. Typical age tanning to edges and interior of text block; top edge slightly dust-soiled. Spine panel of jacket just a shade sunned, slight chipping along top edge; rubbing and soiling to exposed panels; flap folds creased, short split starting at top end of front flap.
