Publisher's dark red cloth, spine and front lettered and ruled in gilt; all text block edges trimmed; original illustrated dust jacket. A bit of uneven darkening and pale soiling to cloth; lettering tarnished; light wear at spine ends and along bottom edges of boards. Minor discoloration to endpapers. Text block softly browned; some minor soiling and scratching to top edge. Jacket heavily chipped, with extensive repairs and reinforcements at verso, including a portion of another jacket supplied to fill out front panel; rubbing, creasing and soiling. Very Good book in a fair jacket. Zeuschner, pp. 514-515.
