    Clemence Housman The Were-Wolf First Edition (John Lane at the Bodley Head, 1895). A first edition, first binding octavo of the allegorical erotic fantasy, featuring a female werewolf. Contains full page illustrations, with a lovely title page printed in orange. Japanese silk-like brown cloth, with the front cover stamped in gold and light brown. The spine panel is stamped in gold, and the fore and bottom edges are untrimmed. There is a touch of fading to the cloth. A near Fine copy, and a much better than average copy of this book.
