Winnie the Pooh Owl Production Cel (Walt Disney, c. 1960s-70s). "I am known for my inspiring rhetoric!" says Owl in the Winnie the Pooh series. Here is a great hand-painted production cel of Owl in a magnificent full wings-spread pose, with a striking 6" x 6" image. Owl was in the very first Winnie short, Winnie the Pooh and the Honey Tree in 1966. He was first voiced by Hal Smith, the same man who played Otis the Drunk on The Andy Griffith Show. Owl has been in virtually every Winnie the Pooh theatrical, educational, and TV Special. He is the elderly voice of reason in most episodes. Cel is on a print background for presentation purposes, and matted with an opening size of 14" x 9". The glass-front frame measures 20" x 16", and is sold as-is. Cel is in Very Good condition.
