What's Opera, Doc? Bugs Bunny Production Cel (Warner Brothers, 1957). "Yes I know it... I can't help it!" As Bugs Bunny (as the comely Brünnhilde) rides in on a horse, he responds to Siegfried's love song, with Mel Blanc doing the singing! This is an historic hand-inked and hand-painted production cel of Bugs, from the first cartoon to be recognized by the Library of Congress, and selected for preservation in the National Film Registry. Directed by Chuck Jones and written by Mike Maltese, with layouts by Maurice Nobel, this cartoon is a classic. An extremely rare cel of Bugs as seen in the initial Song Sequence between Siegfried and Brünnhilde at about the 3:32 mark. A great image of 4", with minor paint separation throughout the cel. In Good condition.
