    Description

Walt Disney Television Title Cel (Walt Disney, c. 1950-60s). Walt Disney's Disneyland ran on ABC from 1954-58. The show changed its name to Walt Disney Presents from 1958-61, and then became Disney's Wonderful World of Color from 1961-69. The opening was pretty consistent on all these, with the Disneyland Castle in view most of the time and Tinker Bell the host of the opening. This is a rare Disney Television hand-painted opening title cel of Walt Disney with an adoring Tinker Bell next to it. It is rare to have any titles from this series. Tinker Bell is a great full-figure image with her wings of 5". Walt Disney letters are an impressive 3" tall. This is one of the only Opening Title pieces from this series we have ever seen. The piece is in a frame of 22" x 18" with a mat opening of 13" x 11". Frame is sold as-is, cel has minor handling wear. Very Good condition.
