Walt Disney Studios Bambi Storybook Page 10 Illustration Original Art (D. C. Heath, 1943). The wobbly-kneed baby deer, Bambi, turns his puzzled head to look at a family of possums hanging upside down from a tree limb, in this pen and ink illustration from D. C. Heath's 1943 children's storybook. Custom matted and framed with Plexiglas for an overall size of 30.25" x 18"; the double-aperture mat includes the cover to Gladstone Comic Album #9, where the art was reused. This piece was at one time part of publisher Bruce Hamilton's personal collection. The art has an image area of 13" x 10" and the condition is Excellent.More information about Bambi.
