    Virgil Ross - Sylvester and Tweety "Model Sheet" Drawing Original Art (Warner Brothers, c. 1990s). Here's a great 16 field model sheet-style drawing of classic Warner Brothers adversaries Sylvester and Tweety by longtime Warner Brothers animator, Virgil Ross (1907 - 1996). While at Warner Brothers Mr. Ross was known for his action and dance sequences and several of the cartoons he animated on were nominated for Academy Awards. In 1988 he was given the prestigious Winsor McCay Award. In the '90s Mr. Ross began releasing hand-painted limited edition cels of his famous Looney Tunes scenes as part of Warner Brothers Studio stores "Master's Collection." Drawings like this were also available for purchase during promotional appearances at the stores. This signed piece features seven images, with sizes ranging from 3" to 5" tall. The piece shows minor handling wear. Condition is Very Good.
