DescriptionUnruly Hare Bugs Bunny Production Cel and Painted Background (Warner Brothers, 1945). Frank Tashlin directed this madcap Looney Tunes short that pits Bugs Bunny against Elmer Fudd in a cartoon involving building a railroad. It was released on 2/10/45, and has a World War II-type message about unnecessary travel at the end. This original 12 field hand-inked, hand-painted production cel of Bugs has his classic 1940s style; the full figure image measures 6". The cel is on a custom hand-painted background made for presentation purposes. Framed with Plexiglas, matted with an opening size of 12" x 8", in an overall frame size of 19" x 15". Very rare 1940s Bug Bunny production cel! Fine condition.
