Trader Mickey Mickey Mouse and Native Chief Animation Drawings Group of 2 (Walt Disney, 1932). Mickey's clever thinking saves the day when he and Pluto manage to calm a pack of hungry cannibals through the power of music in this Dave Hand directed short. This set of production drawings is rendered on 12 field, 2-peghole animation paper in graphite. The first drawing is of a triumphant Mickey who has just had a brilliant idea. Mickey measures 2.75" x 2", and the page is numbered 13. The second is of the Native Chief reading his Ballyhoo magazine ( a precursor to MAD). He measures 4" x 4.5", and the number 101 is written at the top right corner. In Fine condition with some light handling wear.
