Description

Trader Mickey Mickey Mouse and Native Chief Animation Drawing (Walt Disney, 1932). Mickey and Pluto are captured by a tribe of cannibals, but Mickey avoids becoming a meal with the help of musical instruments, in this original 12 field 2-peghole animation drawing. This early short was directed by Dave Hand, and released to theaters on 8/20/32. Here, Mickey is playfully poking the belly of the chief (wearing a corset for a crown), who had just swallowed a harmonica. Art is in graphite, with image sizes of 2.5" and 3.5". Fine condition with light handling wear.
