    Description

Top Cat Production Cel with Arnold Stang Autograph and Master Painted Background Setup (Hanna-Barbera, 1961). "He's the most tip-top... Top Cat!" This ABC-TV Prime Time animated series premiered on 9/27/61. Top Cat (or T.C., as he's called in the show) was voiced by veteran character actor Arnold Stang (1927 - 2009). This is a rare hand-inked, hand-painted trimmed production cel of Top Cat and Benny the Ball. The trimmed cel is on a trimmed Master Hanna-Barbera production background. The cel and background are trimmed to a studio setup size of 8" x 10". Nice full figure images, measuring 3" and 5". A cover cel of Arnold Stang's signature is over the cel setup. Inked production cels from this era with Top Cat are very rare! Matted with an opening size of 10" x 8", with an overall mat size of 12.5" x 14". Very Good condition.
