    Description

Tim Burton's The Nightmare Before Christmas Shrunken Head Concept Art (Touchstone/Walt Disney, 1993). "And what did Santa bring you, honey?" Jack Skellington makes an absolute mess of Christmas, but this is easily his most memorable contribution. Simply iconic, this original concept drawing depicts the moment seen at the 56:29 mark of Time Burton's The Nightmare Before Christmas. A rare piece rendered in pastel beautifully on black illustration board measuring 4.5" x 6.75", it is framed under Plexiglas with an overall frame size of 12" x 14.25". It is not known for what this was created, but it's likely style guide artwork for consumer products such as clothing designs, books, or calendars. Very well preserved in the frame, the pastel drawing shows pinholes near the top edge and is in Very Good condition. The frame is sold as is.
