    This is America, Charlie Brown Snoopy Production cel and Animation Drawing (Bill Melendez, 1988). Snoopy struggles with the downside of zero-gravity as he pursues his runaway dog dish in this original production cel and matching animation drawing from the animated history series This is America, Charlie Brown. This eight-part TV miniseries documented America's history from the landing of the Mayflower to present day 1988. Offered in this lot is an original hand-painted production cel of Snoopy on NASA's space station. The image of Snoopy and dish measures 5" x 2" on a 12 field cel that bears a Peanuts Films Gallery seal. It is over a print background for presentation purposes. Framed with the cel is the matching animation drawing rendered in graphite. It too bears a studio seal. Both pieces share a common 20" x 29" frame under Plexiglas. Minor handling and condition is Fine. Frame is sold as-is.
