The Three Little Wolves Big Bad Wolf and Sons Production Cels Setup with Key Master Background (Walt Disney, 1936). The Big Bad Wolf's sons were introduced in this second sequel to The Three Little Pigs Silly Symphony, The Three Little Wolves. Here is an amazing original hand-inked, hand-painted production cel setup of the Big Bad Wolf and his boys as they slink from tree to tree, as seen at the 3:07 mark in this David Hand-directed short. Wow, what a setup this is -- complete with the hand-cut painted foreground trees and painted background as seen in the short! The vintage cels of the Big Bad Wolf and his boys have an approximate image size of 9.75" to 3.25". And what a pose – it doesn't get much better than this for fans of this fun Disney villain! The setup is matted with an opening of 11.5" x 8.5", and framed with Plexiglas for an overall size of 18.25" x 16.25". Frame is sold as-is. Paint is near-perfect on this; there may be some professional restoration. Includes a Linda Jones Certificate of Authenticity on back of the frame. Fine condition, with slight waviness along the outer edges.
