DescriptionThe Simpsons (The Tracey Ullman Show) Bart Production Cel Setup (Fox, 1988). "Twas the night before Christmas and all through this home, not a creature was stirring accept me in this poem" recites Bart in the holiday episode in the third season of The Tracy Ulman Show. In this one minute vignette, Bart narrates a customized Simpson version of the Night Before Christmas as he and his sisters sneak downstairs early to apprise the take on Christmas morning. Presented here is an original hand-painted production cel setup of Bart as the looming shadow of Homer creeps up behind. The image measures 7" x 6" on a 12 field 2-cel setup over a matching print background. It's a fantastic piece from the humble beginnings of what became the most watched television series in history. The art comes with a studio-issued Certificate of Authenticity and is in a 16.5" 14.5" frame under glass with a mat window of 10.5" x 8.5". Condition is Very Good and Frame is sold as-is.
