DescriptionThe Simpsons "The Homer They Fall" Bart Simpson Production Cel (Fox, 1996). "I'll bet if God wore pants he'd have a belt like that." Says Milhouse as he and his school chums admire Bart's new "tactical pants restraining system". This enormous full-figure image of Bart Simpson stands 10.5" tall on a vertical 12 field cel which appears in season 8 episode titled "The Homer They Fall". The hand-painted production cel, which can be seen at the 2:56 mark, is over a print of the original background and bears a Fox Studio seal in the bottom right corner. It is marked with production number 4F 03 SC26 and comes with a studio-issued Certificate of Authenticity.
