The New Batman Adventures Batman, Batgirl and Alfred Production Cel Setup with Master Background (Warner Brothers, c. 1997-99). From The New Batman Adventures, this is an incredible down-angle shot featuring Batman, Batgirl and Alfred on hand-painted original production cels taped to a stunning hand-painted Master production background rendered in gouache on board. The New Batman Adventures is a continuation of Batman: The Animated Series, and it featured Batgirl more prominently with a sharp new character design. Backgrounds from the series are attributed to John Calmette. This extremely rare 12 field setup comes with a Warner Brothers seal and Certificate of Authenticity. The cels and background show minor handling and edge wear, and the condition is Very Good.
From the Warner Brothers Television Animation Art Archives.
