The Little Mermaid Ariel Production Cel Signed by Jodi Benson (Walt Disney, 1989). Sweet Ariel rises up from the water in a blue gown, and with legs! This is a majestic original hand-painted 16 field production cel of Ariel from near the film's end, after King Triton gifts his daughter what she wants most of all, a life on land with Prince Eric; you can find this pose at the 1:16:31 mark on Disney+. Wow, what a lovely image! Ariel's figure size is approximately 5.5" tall. The voice of Ariel, Disney Legend Jodi Benson, boldly hand-signed the cel, which also includes a Walt Disney Company seal. The background is a print, added for presentation purposes. The cel is matted with an opening of 16" x 10", and is framed with glass for an overall size of 22.5" x 16.75" x 1". Frame is sold as-is. A Disney Certificate of Authenticity is on back of the frame. Fine condition.
