    The Land Before Time Cera and Family Production Cel Setup with Key Master Background (Amblin/Sullivan Bluth, 1988). Four minutes into this film, little Cera the Triceratops is born. This film begins with the birth of five little dinosaurs who become friends and set out on an adventure to find the Great Valley. This is an original hand-painted 16 field production cel setup of Cera and her proud parents. The setup is over the original hand-painted Key Master production background from this scene at the 4:00 mark. It's a magnificent image that fills the frame bears a studio seal. Cera measures approximately 3" x 2.5" and her parents are 8.5' and 6.5" tall over a background painted in goauche and acrylic. This production was a wonderful collaboration between animator Don Bluth and storyteller Steven Spielberg. The piece is framed under Plexiglas with a mat opening of 8" x 12" in a frame measuring 16.25" x 2.25" with a Certificate of Authenticity in a sleeve on the back. Condition is Fine. Frame is sold as-is.
