The Jetsons "A Date with Jet Screamer" Concept Art and Original Art Group of 3 (Hanna-Barbera, 1962). This lot is a great piece of Jetsons history. "A Date With Jet Screamer" was the second Jetsons episode to air (premiering on 9/30/62). In it, Judy enters a song contest to win a date with rock star Jet Screamer; not only does she win with her song, she gets to perform the memorable tune -- "Eep, Op, Ork, Ah-Ah! (That Means I Love You)" -- with Jet. George ends up playing the drums on the song. This lot has two pieces of original layout/concept artwork from the song Sequence, from the hand of Jerry Eisenberg. One is of Jet Screamer and one is of the little man who pops up during song. Both are signed by Eisenberg. Because Eisenberg did so much to make this episode a hit, he was asked to do the original artwork for an Hanna-Barbera limited edition art piece 30 years later. His original artwork for the limited edition Jet Screamer piece is also included. Wow! All three are autographed.
