DescriptionThe Fox and the Hound Layout Drawing Group of 2 (Walt Disney, 1981). From the 1981 Disney animated feature The Fox and the Hound, here are two lovely layout drawings. The Fox and the Hound tells the story of two unlikely friends, a red fox and a hound dog, who struggle to preserve their friendship despite their emerging instincts and the surrounding social pressures demanding them to be enemies. Rendered in graphite on animation paper, these beautiful drawings measure 11" x 9.25" and 15.5" x 12.5", the larger of which has 3 pegholes. The layout artists of the film were Dan Hansen, Glenn Vilppu, Sylvia Roemer, Guy Vasilovich, Michael Peraza and Joe Hale. These pieces show handling, edge wear and toning with some mild tearing and folding near some edges. The condition is Fair to Good.
