DescriptionThe Fox and the Hound Die-Cut In-Store Display (Walt Disney, 1981). Extremely rare in-store display from Smucker's products, offering free Tod and Copper beverage mugs by mail with the purchase of two jars of strawberry jam. The display is intricately die-cut, and has pre-cut push-outs to accommodate examples of the mugs (which are not included). There is also an area for a pad of coupons along the bottom. The display poster is unused and completely intact; even Tod's die-cut tail end remains sharp, and the push-outs are still in place. This might just be the rarest Fox and the Hound collectible to find in such unused state. There is a slight whisper of glue residue along the top edge with a staple, and there is a very tiny handling crease along the bottom, through the word "Inspired;" it can only be seen by holding up to the light. Wow! Very Good to Fine condition.
