Description

The Flintstones Great Gazoo Original Script and Color Model/Publicity Cel (Hanna-Barbera, 1965). Here are two significant pieces of Flintstones history. On 10/29/65, the world was introduced to the Harvey Korman voiced "little green man from outer space" in the Flintstones episode titled "The Great Gazoo." Apparently, this character was originally to be called Pazzaz. This lot has Gerry Johnson's personal 35-page script for this episode. By the way, Gerry Johnson was the voice for Betty Rubble in the series' final season. The character was typed "Pazzaz" and it has been hand-crossed out and changed to Gazoo! The lot also has a rare hand-inked, hand-painted Color Model/Publicity cel of Fred and Barney with the Great Kazoo. The trimmed cel is on a print background made from an original background that appeared in this episode. Nice images of 3" - 5". Very cool for all you Kazoo-fan "dum-dums!" Fine condition.
