The Delivery Boy Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse Production/Color Model Cel (Walt Disney, 1931). This very early short starred Mickey Mouse as a musical instrument delivery boy. It featured Minnie Mouse and Pluto, with a quick cameo by Peg Leg Pete. It was directed by Burt Gillett and was released on 6/13/31. This is an original hand-inked, hand-painted 12 field black and white nitrate production cel of both Mickey and Minnie Mouse. It's one of the very few from this era that exist of both Mickey and Minnie together. This is from their "Stars and Stripes" music sequence. They are playing trombone and trumpet respectively, while using their feet on a piano. You can see this image around the 6:18 mark into the short. Great full-figure images, with sizes of 3.5" and 4". A 12 field black and white untrimmed nitrate Mickey and Minnie production cel is as rare as they get! A real trophy piece for any animation art collection. Minor handling wear. In Very Good condition.
