The Adventures of Ichabod and Mr. Toad Ichabod and The Headless Horseman Production Cel Setup on Master Production Background (Walt Disney, 1949). "The paper... it's gone! Get 'em you blokes, get 'em!" yells Mr. Winkie upon realizing that Mole has purloined the deed to Toad Hall. This is an original hand-inked, hand-painted production cel of Ratty and Angus as they lower Mole to snatch the deed. The cels are trimmed to their 4" tall images and mounted to a Master hand-painted production background. This background appears several times throughout this chase scene including once where Mr. Toad is throwing paper airplanes. The backgrounds on this film were painted by Art Riley, Ray Huffine, Brice Mack, Merle Cox, and Dick Anthony. This wonderful 1949 film is celebrating its 60th birthday in 2019. The one-of-a-kind artwork is in a frame measuring 20" x 18" with a mat opening of 11" x 10". Condition is Very Good. Frame is sold as-is.
