    Description

Sword in the Stone Madam Mim as a Dragon Production Cel Setup (Walt Disney, 1963). "Rule two -- no make-believe things like Pink Dragons. No dragons, remember! Did I say no purple dragons?" Mim says to a stunned Merlin as she transforms into a fire-breathing dragon when Merlin is a goat; this occurs at about 3:33 into their duel. This is an outstanding hand-painted production cel of Mim as a dragon, with great fire effects cels on top. It was an original Disneyland Art Corner cel. This is a two-cel setup. Matted with a mat opening of 9.5" x 7.5". Fine condition. SPECIAL NOTE: this was originally part of science-fiction great Ray Bradbury's personal collection, and includes a COA.
