Springtime for Thomas Jerry and Girl Mouse Animation Drawing Group of 2 (MGM, 1946). It's Spring, and love is in the air! Jerry the Mouse spends the majority of this Bill Hanna and Joe Barbera-directed Tom and Jerry short causing grief for a lovestruck Tom Cat, only to succumb to a shapely girl mouse by the cartoon's end! Here is a great group of two original animation drawings from the funny Tom and Jerry short, which is entitled Springtime for Thomas. The drawings depict a twitterpated Jerry Mouse, as well as his new belle. The images are rendered with graphite and red pencil on 12.5" x 10.5" animation paper. This scene begins at about the 7:14 mark of the short. These excellent pieces are in Very Good to Fine condition, with minor handling and edge wear, including very minor smudging.Auction Info
