Description
SpongeBob SquarePants SpongeBob, Patrick, and Mr. Krab Production Cel Setup with Master Production Background (Nickelodeon, 2000). "You boys promise me you'll never go on those hooks again!" implores Mr. Krab after catching SpongeBob and Patrick playing with fishing lures in this episode titled "Hooky" from Season One. You can see this exact image around the 5:42 mark. This is an incredible production cel setup of the title character and his friends from this wildly popular Nickelodeon TV series and bears a studio seal in the lower left. The hand-painted character images together measure 6.5" x 4.5" on a 12 field 4-cel setup presented on a hand-painted Master production background. The 14.5" gouache background is marked SB #136 in the lower left corner. The setup shows handling and is held together with clear tape. Condition is Very Good.Auction Info
