Space Ace Ace and Kimberly Production Cel Setup (Don Bluth, 1983). "Dexter, you're late!" While pursued by aliens on motorcycles, Ace offers Kimberly a ride. "Thanks, I'll walk," she replies. Don Bluth famously created the 1983 arcade hit Space Ace in his early directorial career in collaboration with John Pomeroy, Gary Goldman and Rick Dyer, and Bluth even provided the voice for the villain Commander Borf (with the help of some digital modulation). Here is an outstanding hand-painted original production cel featuring the two characters in a great image. They are rendered in full figure and measuring an overall 10" x 7" on the 16 field cels. The cels show minor handling and edge wear, and they are taped to a printed background for presentation purposes. The condition of this fantastic setup is Very Good.
