Society Dog Show Pluto and Mickey Mouse Animation Drawings Group of 2 (Walt Disney, 1939). Mickey and Pluto have arrived at the big Dog Show and are heading for their booth, in this pair of original 12 field 5-peghole animation drawings. Bill Roberts directed this fan-favorite short, which was released on 2/3/39. Both full-figure drawings are in graphite over red pencil with shadows indicated in blue. Mickey's image size is 5"; there's an "Art Props" stamp in the upper right, and the number 164 written in the lower right. Pluto is 7" wide and 3" tall, with an "Art Props" stamp and the number 301. Slight handling wear; Fine overall condition.
