Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs Two Vultures Production Cel Courvoisier Setup (Walt Disney, 1937). This is an outstanding and super rare hand-inked, hand-painted production cel setup of the two Vultures who watch over the Old Hag. They watch as she leaves the castle headed for the dwarf's cottage, they watch as she exits the cottage, and they watch as she falls to her demise off the cliff. The scene ends with them circling around descending onto her dead body. This is a trimmed-to-image production cel and branch from when they see the Old Hag leave the cottage and fly to follow her. The branch is production as well. The trimmed cel has a full 12 field nitrate effects cel of the falling rain, from when the Old Hag falls to her death. These two vultures would go on to make a rare cameo in later years in Pecos Bill. Nice large image sizes of 3" and 4" Cel setup is on black trimmed 5-peghole paper; the setup is trimmed to 9" x 11". Tape from previous framing is on borders. The Vultures are two of the hardest characters to find in production cels from this landmark movie. Good condition.
