Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs The Vultures Production Cel Courvoisier Setup (Walt Disney, 1937). Here are two animals of the forest that are worlds apart from Snow White's cute little feathered and furry friends. These are the vultures up in a tree that the Old Hag passes on her way to the dwarf's cabin. They'll also be around when the Evil Queen/Old Hag perishes in a fall. This is an extremely rare Courvoisier hand-inked, hand-painted trimmed production cel of these grinning vultures, ready to swoop down and take their prey. Nice image of both birds, measuring 4" x 4". "The Vultures" title is added by hand on this airbrushed Courvoisier wood veneer background. The Vultures are among the hardest characters to find in production art from this film, and one of the most desirable Courvoisier Wood Veneer pieces to find. The setup is matted with an opening of 5" x 5.25", and framed with Plexiglas for an overall size of 15.75" x 16". Frame is sold as-is. Some curling of the cel. Very Good condition. From The Forbes Collection.
