    Description

Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs Production Cel Courvoisier Background (Walt Disney, 1937). "A poison apple... one taste of the poisoned apple and victims eyes will close forever in a sleeping death!" reads the Old Hag's potion book as she makes the poison apple. This is a rare hand-inked, hand-painted production cel Courvoisier setup of the Evil Queen's pet raven, the skull in her laboratory, and a lit candle. You see the raven's reaction the first time the Queen shows her face in the transformation to the Old Hag. This is a very desirable piece of Snow White animation art. Raven, skull, and lit candle are all about 5". The cels are trimmed to image and on an airbrushed Courvoisier background. The art is in a frame of 17" x 15" with a mat opening of 10" x 8.5". Frame is sold as-is. Artwork condition is Very Good.
