Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs Old Hag Animation Drawing (Walt Disney, 1937). And now, a special... sort of death for one so fair. What shall it be? Ah! A poisoned apple! "Sleeping Death." "One taste of the Poisoned Apple... "and the victim's eyes will close the Sleeping Death." Here is a superb animation drawing of the Old Hag after she has dunked the apple into the poison. You will see this image around the 1:03:25 time mark in the film. The drawing was rendered in graphite and red pencil on 16 field 5-peghole animation paper. The hag measures 7", perfectly centered in this piece, and noted as number 172 in the lower right. A studio stamp in the lower left indicates Production 2001, Sequence 9A, Scene 5. The artwork is in a glass-fronted frame of 22" x 19" with an aperture of 15" x 12". Frame sold as-is. A great opportunity to add a spectacular piece of animation art from Walt Disney's masterpiece to your collection. Mild production handling and wear. Condition is Very Good.
