A frustrated Maleficent bemoans her failure to find Aurora in this scene from the 1959 Walt Disney feature film Sleeping Beauty. It is approaching Aurora's sixteenth birthday, and Maleficent knows that she needs to find the hiding princess before she can carry out her planned curse for the girl. This incredible original animation drawing features Maleficent as she expresses her fury, with her fist clenched in the air in anger, an image that can be found at about the 15:56 mark of the film. The drawing is created with graphite and red and blue pencil on 16 field animation paper. The depiction of Maleficent measures 7.25" tall in this fiery image! The image is marked in its lower right corner with 345. The condition of this piece is Very Good, with just minor handling and edge wear and a tear as well as some age-related toning.
