    Description

School Days in Disneyville Mickey and Minnie Mouse with Donald Duck Original Book Cel Art (Walt Disney, 1939). Here's a great piece of original cel art from a D.C. Heath storybook. D.C. Heath and Company began publishing Disney children's books in the 1930s. Hand-inked, hand-painted cels created at the world-famous Disney Ink and Paint Department were used for the illustrations, giving them more vibrant colors than traditional illustration methods. In this vintage piece we see Mickey and Minnie helping Donald Duck climb in the school window. Originally offered at the Disneyana Convention in 2001. The artwork is housed in a frame of 16.5" x 15.5". Frame sold as-is. The cel exhibits mild warping with some mild smudges and noted on the cel as page 11. Included is a Certificate of Authenticity issued by Disney. Overall condition is Very Good.
