    Description

Road Runner and Wile E. Coyote Production Drawing and Chuck Jones Signed Print Group (Warner Brothers, c. 1970). The Road Runner seems to be saying, "Beep! Beep!" to his perplexed captor, Wile E. Coyote, in this original layout drawing, from a Department of Commerce short called Use the Trails. It's on paper, affixed with tape to a 3-peghole strip. Wile E. is 8"; Road Runner 6.5", in graphite and blue pencil. Also included is a Wile E. print featuring a photo of Chuck Jones, signed and inscribed to Don Foster by Jones. The print has an image area of 7.5" x 10", framed with glass to an overall 9.5" x 12". A tape stain, just above the art on the animation drawing; otherwise, both items are in Fine condition. From the Don Foster Collection.
